Blye Hill suffered an injury during the spring that limited his availability during the first three months of the season. Hill has played in two games, making his season debut against UCLA and posting one tackle against Wisconsin.

Before Nebraska (Mount Saint Joseph HS/Saint Francis)
Hill played one season at Saint Francis before transferring to Nebraska in January of 2024.

Hill played in nine games for Saint Francis in 2023, recording 21 tackles with 1.0 TFL. He had six pass breakup and two interceptions. Hill had four pass breakups against Duquesne, which tied for the third-highest single-game total by an FCS player in 2023. He also had a career-high four tackles against Duquesne, while his lone tackle for loss of the season came against Merrimack. Hill had interceptions against Stonehill and LIU.

Blye went to Saint Francis after starring at Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore. He had 22 pass breakups and two interceptions in his prep career, including 13 breakups as a senior. Blye was also an honor roll student at Mount Saint Joseph.

Blye is the son of Lori Ashton and Leroy Hill, Jr., and he was born on Aug. 30, 2005. Hill has not declared a major.
