2023 (Sophomore)
Bullock played in all 12 games, and caught 15 passes for 221 yards and one touchdown, ranking third on the team in receptions.

Bullock led Nebraska with three catches for 56 yards in the season opener at Minnesota, including a career-long 34-yard touchdown. Bullock made his first career start at Colorado, then had a 33-yard reception a week later against Northern Illinois. Bullock had a 14-yard reception and a 22-yard kickoff return against Louisiana Tech. At Illinois, Bullock had two catches for 16 yards, including a reception on a 4th-and-5 play that kept alive a Husker touchdown drive. Bullock caught three passes for 37 yards at Michigan State, tying his career high in receptions. He had single catches against Maryland and Wisconsin, before ending the year with two catches for 35 yards against Iowa.

With Alex starting at wide receiver at Colorado and his brother, John, starting at linebacker against the Buffs, the Bullocks became the first brothers to start the same game on opposite sides of the ball at Nebraska since 1987. They started the same game on eight occasions in 2023.

2022 (Redshirt Freshman)
Alex Bullock played in two games in 2022, appearing on special teams against Georgia Southern and Iowa. He made his lone tackle of the season on kickoff coverage against the Hawkeyes.

Bullock was honored as Nebraska's co-Offensive Scout of the Year.

2021 (Redshirt)
Bullock did not play in a game during the 2021 season.

Before Nebraska (Creighton Prep)
Bullock was a two-way standout for Creighton Prep. Bullock caught 54 passes for 765 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior, according to the Omaha World-Herald. On defense, Bullock intercepted five passes and had eight pass breakups to go along with 35 tackles. For his efforts, he was named a World-Herald first-team All-Nebraska selection and first-team Lincoln Journal Star Super-State pick. Bullock was a World-Herald honorable-mention all-state pick as a junior. He chose to walk on at Nebraska after receiving interest at wide receiver from other FBS schools and a scholarship offer to play defense for FBS program South Dakota State. Alex's brother, John, is a redshirt freshman outside linebacker at Nebraska.

Personal
Alex was born on Sept. 13, 2002, and he is the son of Steve and Drlynn Bullock. Alex is majoring in management and is a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection. 

Alex's older brother, John, is a senior linebacker for the Huskers.
