2018 (Sophomore)
Keaton Henry joined the Husker program as a walk-on tight end during the 2018 season but did not play in a game.
Before Nebraska (Boone Central/Newman Grove HS)
Henry joined Nebraska after starring at Boone Central/Newman Grove High School. Henry was a junior on the Cardinals' 2014 Class C-1 state championship team and as a senior in 2015, he led BOone Central/Newman Grove with 472 receiving yards while adding 198 rushing yards. Henry scored 13 total touchdowns as a senior and defensively, he led the Cardinals in tackles for loss (12) and sacks). Following his senior season, Henry was the starting tight end for the North in the 2016 Nebraska Shrine Bowl. Henry was also selected to participate in the Columbus Telegram/Central Community College Area All-Star basketball game following his senior season.
Henry earned a spot on the Husker roster through a walk-on tryout, and he also received interested from several FCS programs.
