Career

Jeff Small joined the Huskers in 1995 as a walk-on running back. He redshirted his first year in Lincoln and decided, following the season, to pursue other interests. Small left Nebraska as a member of its 1995 national championship team.

Small came to NU after playing previously at Fullerton High in Fullerton, Nebraska.
