Career
Jason Olnes joined the Huskers in 1995 as a walk-on defensive back. He redshirted his first year in Lincoln did not see playing time his redshirt-freshman or sophomore season. He decided, following the 1997 season, to pursue other interests. Olnes left Nebraska as a member of its 1995 and 1997 national championship teams.
Albion High School
Olnes came to NU after playing previously at Albion in Albion, Nebraska.
