Career

Erick Arens joined the Huskers in 1995 as a walk-on running back. He switched to weakside linebacker his redshirt freshman year and appeared in two games. Arens was a member on two of Nebraska's three national championship teams, but decided to pursue other interests after the 1997 season.

Arens played football for Randolph High in Randolph, Nebraska.
