Career

Doug Seaman appeared in three games in 1995, as well as three games in 1997, as a backup center. He was a member of the 1995 and 1997 national championship teams.

1997 (Senior)

A fifth-year senior, Seaman served as a backup center behind starter Josh Heskew, Matt Baldwin and Aaron Havlovic. Seaman saw limited action if three appearances.

1996 (Junior)

Seaman did not see any game action his junior year.

1995 (Sophomore)

Seaman saw playing time in three games in 1995.

1994 (Freshman)

As a redshirt freshman, Seaman did not see any game action.

1993 (Redshirt)

Seaman, a walk-on, redshirted his first year in Lincoln.

Bellevue East High School

Playing center, nose and tackle on both the offensive and defensive lines, Seaman earned two football letters for Coach Bill James at Bellevue East. He earned academic all-state honors in 1991 and 1992.

The son of Denise and Carl Seaman, Doug was born on May 5, 1975.
