1994 (Sophomore)
Davis played in four games during the 1994 season. He recorded one reception from Quarterback Ben Rutz for 18 yards against Missouri. The Huskers defeated Miami 24-17 in the Federal Express Orange Bowl to claim the school’s first national title since 1971. The Big Red went undefeated and captured its third consecutive Big Eight championship.
1993 (Freshman)
Davis did not letter during the 1993 season. The Huskers finished the season with a 11-1 record and an appearance in the 1994 Federal Express Orange Bowl National Championship game against Florida State.
