1986 (Senior)
Carr appeared in four games as a senior, recording an interception. Nebraska finished the year with the second best defense in the Big-Eight only allowing 13.8 points per game just behind Oklahoma. 

1985 (Junior)
Carr split playing time at safety with Bryan Siebler during his junior season. Chris had 31 total tackles last year and led the secondary with 26 unassisted tackles. He also broke up three passes and shared the team lead in interceptions with three, one of which he returned for a 56 yard touchdown against Illinois. He had a top tackle game with six against New Mexico; he also had five unassisted tackles against both Illinois and Oklahoma. 

1984 (Sophomore)
Carr was the Huskers alternate safety behind All-American Bret Clark. He had three regular season tackles, then recorded an interception in a Sugar Bowl win against Louisiana State (28-20). 

1983 (Redshirt)
Chris redshirted his second season as a Husker.

1982 (Freshman)
Carr was a walkon reserved defensive back on the Huskers 5-0 freshman team. 

Medicine Valley High School (Curtis, Nebraska)
All-conference and honorable-mention all-state quarterback and defensive back for Coach Jim Tonniges. 

Personal
Chris majored in Marketing Education, he is the son of Roscoe Carr Jr and he was born in North Platte Nebraska.
