1983 (Senior)
Praeuner alternated at defensive end his senior season for the Blackshirts.  He racked up 13 tackles, including 4 tackles for losses of 15 yards, and one sack.  He had 1 unassisted tackle in the 1983 Orange Bowl vs. Miami.  

1982 (Junior)
Started the first three games of the season at left defensive end, and he finished the season with 24 total tackles (including 19 solo, three for losses of seven years.  He recovered a fumble in the Iowa end zone for a touchdown in the Huskers' 42-7 opening win over the Hawkeyes.  In the 21-20 win in the Orange Bowl vs LSU, Praeuner had one unassisted tackle.  

1981 (Sophomore)
Like his junior year, Praeuner started the first three games of the season for the Blackshirt defense.  Praeuner totaled 8 tackles (all unassisted) including 1 sack for 8 yards.  

1980 (Redshirt Freshman)
Praeuner redshirted in 1980 focusing on defense after playing both defensive end and running back for the freshman team in 1979.  

1979 (Freshman)
Praeuner played for the Huskers' freshman team in 1979, seeing action both as a running back and defensive end.  

Personal 
Praeuner was born June 29, 1961.  He is the son of Howard and Phyllis Praeuner.
