In Heiser's final season as a Husker, he had 22 rushes for 146 yards...scored one rushing touchdown...caught 11 passes for 135 yards...earned Academic All-American and Academic All-Big Eight honors.
1974: Junior Season
As a junior, Heiser backed up Don Westbrook...had six carries for 41 yards...caught three passes for 36 yards.
1973: Sophomore Season
Was a member of the team, but did not play in 1973 season.
1972: Freshman Season
Starred on the freshman team, in his first year as a Husker.
