1993 (Senior)
Cisco played in six regular season games as a backup free safety. He recorded four tackles on the season (one solo) as well as one pass breakup.

1992 (Junior)
Cisco served a backup role at free safety to starter Tyrone Byrd and Troy Dumas. He played in six games and recorded two assisted tackles.

1991 (Sophomore)
Cisco saw action in three regular-season games, recording five total tackles (one solo).

1990 (Redshirt)
Redshirted and switched from free to strong safety.

1989 (Freshman)
After walking on, Cisco became the starting free safety for Coach Shane Thorell’s Husker junior varsity team. He finished the year with 15 total tackles, second among defensive backs, had one pass breakup, and averaged 11.3 yards on four punt returns.

Before Nebraska (At Monroe Jefferson High School)
Zeke was a three-year letter winner as a quarterback and defensive back for his father, Coach Marc Cisco, on teams that went 7-2, 7-3, and 8-2. He was a two-time all-league defensive back and was the all-state and all-metro Detroit as a senior. An all-around athlete, he lettered four times in baseball and three times in basketball.

Personal
The teammates volunteer graduated from Nebraska in the summer of ’94 with a major in secondary natural sciences held a 3.31 cumulative grade point average throughout college. The son of Marc and Donna Cisco, he was born Aug. 23, 1970 at Ann Arbor, Michigan. His father, March, played under Hall of Fame Coach Bob Devaney at Michigan State (1955-1956), while his cousin Galen Cisco was a pitching coach for the Toronto Blue Jays. He has one brother, Zach, and two Sisters Sheri and Jan.
