• All-Academic Big Eight (1984)

1984 (Senior)
Started all 12 regular-season games as a senior. Including the 28-10 win against Louisiana State to win the Sugar bowl. With the help of Morrow, Nebraska would average (311.1 ypg) on the ground. The Huskers’ were ranked second nationally for average rushing yards per game and seventh for yards per carry. 

1983 (Junior)
Served as a lettered back-up behind All-Big Eight performer Scott Raridon.

1982 (Sophomore)
Morrow was a non-lettered back-up during his sophomore season at Nebraska. 

1981 (Redshirt)
Tom Morrow would redshirt in his second season with the Huskers in 1981.

1980 (Freshman)
Morrow would walk-on at Nebraska and play back-up right tackle on the 5-0 Husker freshman team. He would be backing up former starting right tackle Mark Behning. 

Personal
Son of Thomas and Anne Morrow, Tom Morrow was born on May 19, 1962, in Lincoln, Neb. Tom played for veteran coach Vince Aldrich at Lincoln Pius X High School where he would be lettered twice, each in football and track. Tom enrolled at Nebraska as an English major. Morrow would sign with the Dallas Cowboys after his senior season on a free agent contract, later he would be cut and signed by the Denver Gold of the USFL.
