2006 Outlook
Fullback Paul Farino redshirted in his first year in the Nebraska program and worked with the Husker scout team. This fall, Farino hopes to push for playing time at fullback behind fifth-year senior starter Dane Todd. At 6-0 and 270 pounds, Farino provides a physical blocking presence at the point of attack.

A walk-on, Farino redshirted in his first season at Nebraska.
Before Nebraska (Kellenberg Memorial HS)
Farino rushed for more than 1,000 yards in both his junior and senior seasons at Kellenberg Memorial High School while playing for head coach Kevin Harifan. As a senior, Farino led the team to a 7-1 record with 1,200 rushing yards. Along with four letters in football, Farino earned four monograms in baseball and two in wrestling. Farino was a member of National Honor Society and the honor roll in high school.
Personal
Farino, the son of Orlando Farino and Rina Tofani, was born on Nov. 25, 1987. Farino has not yet declared a major.
