1982 (Senior)
Larsen was an alternate safety behind Bret Clark, he finished the season with 14 total tackles, and had an interception with a 14-yard return vs. Oklahoma State to help the Huskers to a 48-10 win over the Cowboys. Nebraska finished the season with a 12-1 record and an Orange Bowl win over LSU.
1981 (Junior)
Pat did not record any stats during the 1981 season, despite this he earned his second varsity letter. Nebraska finished the season with a 9-3 record and an appearance in the 1982 Orange Bowl-National Championship game against Clemson.
1980 (Sophomore)
Pat earned his first letter as a sophomore. He broke up a pass and made three unassisted tackles during the 1980 season. The Huskers finished the 1980 season with a 10-2 record and a 31-17 Sun Bowl win against Mississippi State.
1979 (Redshirt)
Pat redshirted his second season as a Husker.
1978 (Freshman)
Larsen started for the undefeated 5-0 freshman Husker team.
Fullerton High School
Pat was all-conference and all-area at Fullerton High School where he played quarterback, I-back, fullback, split end and safety for Coach Ray Diez and was teammates with Husker defensive tackle Tom Gdowski. He was also named all-conference in basketball and lettered in track and golf.

Pat was a physical education major and is the son of Glen and Mary Larsen.
