Before Nebraska (Norwayne HS/Boston College)
Owen Stoudmire spent five seasons at Boston College before transferring to Nebraska. He played in 35 games with five starts for the Eagles, recording 47 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.
Stoudmire began his career in 2021, when he redshirted and did not play in a game. In 2022, he played in nine games and recorded three tackles. Stoudmire saw action in 10 games in 2023 and totaled nine tackles. As a junior in 2024, Stoudmire played in all 13 games with two starts and tallied 30 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 acks. In two games against Big Ten foes (Michigan State and Nebraska), Stoudmire recorded seven tackles. Stoudmire started all three games he played in 2025 before suffering a season-ending injury, finishing the year with three tackles.
Stoudmire was the No. 2 defensive tackle recruit in Ohio for Norwayne High School. A starter on the offensive and defensive lines, he was a two-time second-team All-Ohio selection who helped Norwayne to a pair of league championships.
