Jeff Kwapick Season 1982

1982 (Senior)
Kwapick started at right tackle his senior year. He helped the Huskers lead the nation in rushing (394.3 yards per game), total offense (518.6 yards per game), and scoring (41.1 points per game). Nebraska finished the season with a 12-1 record and an Orange Bowl win over LSU. 

1981 (Junior)
Jeff lettered as an alternate behind Randy Theiss at left tackle. Jeff helped Nebraska's offense average 437.5 yards per game, a 9-3 record, and an appearance in the Orange Bowl-National Championship game against the Clemson Tigers. 

1980 (Sophomore)
Jeff earned his first letter on the offensive line for a dominant Nebraska offense. He helped them to average 506.9 yards per game, 378.3 rushing yards per game and 39.9 points per game. Nebraska finished the 1980 season with a 10-2 record and a 31-17 Sun Bowl win against Mississippi State.

1979 (Redshirt)
Jeff redshirted his second season as a Husker. 

1978
Kwapick started at right tackle on the 5-0 Husker freshman team. 

Centennial High School (Circle Pines, Minn.)
Kwapick was an all-state offensive and defensive tackle and punter under Coach Jerry Grant. He was also an all-state baseball player and a basketball letter winner.

Jeff was an agriculture economics major and is the son of Clifford and Marcella Kwapick.
