2025 (Sophomore)
Gabe Moore has played in 10 games this season with one start, recording seven tackles with 1.0 tackle for loss. He recorded his first tackle as a Husker against Akron. Moore had one solo tackle against Michigan State. He also had one solo tackle at Maryland. Moore made it three consecutive games with a tackle with a solo stop at Minnesota. Moore made one tackle in Nebraska's win at UCLA. Moore made his first start at Penn State and had one solo tackle. He had a one-yard tackle for loss against Iowa.
Before Nebraska (Louisville HS/Mississippi State)
Moore spent two seasons at Mississippi State before transferring to Nebraska. Moore did not play in a game and redshirted in his first season in 2023 before missing the 2024 season with an injury.
Moore played his prep ball at Louisville High School in Mississippi. As a senior, Moore totaled 116 tackles with 39.0 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, five forced fumbles and two pass breakups. He helped the Wildcats to a state title, recording eight tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and a forced fumble in the state championship game. Following his high school career, Moore was selected to participate in the Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Game.

Gabe is the son of Marlene and Charles Moore. Gabe is a child, youth and family studies major.
