Career
Chris Herron joined the Huskers in 1994 as a walk-on defensive back. He redshirted his first year in Lincoln and saw playing time in three games his redshirt freshman year. Following the 1995 season, Herron decided to pursue other interests. He left as a member of Nebraska's back-to-back national championship teams.
