Before Nebraska (Millard West HS)
Williams chose to walk on at Nebraska following his prep career at Millard West High School. Williams was a standout in the Millard West secondary and was also a prolific kick returner for the Wildcats. In addition to playing football, Williams also wrestled and competed in track and field for Millard West. He was a two-time state qualifier in the triple jump and qualified for the Class A state wrestling tournament as a senior in 2021.
Personal
Kaden was born on May 25, 2003, and is the son of Sarah and Jamel Williams. Jamel was a two-time national champion linebacker at Nebraska from 1994 to 1996. Jamel played in 33 career games with 12 starts, totaling 150 tackles.
