Before Nebraska
Marley Spielberg played three seasons at Ottawa University in the NAIA ranks before transferring to Nebraska. She played in 62 games and helped Ottawa to a pair of NAIA national championships. In her Ottawa career, Speilberg caught 258 passes for 2,509 yards and 49 touchdowns, rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries and threw for 494 yards and nine touchdowns.
In 2026, Spielberg caught 91 passes for 818 yards and 13 touchdowns, ranking 23rd in the NAIA in receptions. Spielberg had 110 catches for 944 yards and 19 touchdowns as a sophomore in 2025, ranking fourth nationally in receptions, fifth in receiving touchdowns and seventh in receiving yards while helping Ottawa to a second straight NAIA national championship. As a freshman in 2024, Spielman had 747 receiving yard and 17 touchowns on 57 receptions while completing 23-of-42 passes for 441 yards and eight touchdowns. She was an NAIA champion as a freshman.
Prior to college, Spielberg starred at Basic High School in Las Vegas, where she amassed 1,200 receiving yards, 85 receptions and 42 touchdowns. She also lettered in track and field as well as soccer in high school.
