Indoor: Took 17th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 5,000m (16:59.67)...won the 3,000m titles at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and the adidas Classic...set a 5,000m oversized PR of 16:33.64 at the Iowa State Classic...ran a low-altitude mile PR of 5:05.87 at the Mark Colligan Memorial, finishing third.
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 10,000m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a run of 34:25.18...finished 13th in the 5,000m (17:22.19)...won the 10,000m title at the Mt.
