Finished 166th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a personal-best 10K time of 33:48.9... Placed 103rd at the Big Ten Championships with a 5.2-mile time of 28:10.7... Earned a season-best finish of 20th and a personal-best 8K time of 26:11.1 at the Bradley Pink Classic.

Competed at the Big Ten Championships, finishing in 81st with a time of 26:27.8.
2019 (Sophomore)
Began the season at Augustana Twilight, taking 59th in a time of 20:26.0...finished 123rd at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 27:25.2...placed sixth at the Small Town Showdown with a time of 20:25.0...ran in the 8K Open at the Under Armour Pre-Nationals and was 91st, running a time of 27:15.5.
2018 (Freshman)
Started his collegiate career with a 33rd-place finish at the Augustana Twilight with a time of 22:38.8, helping the Huskers take home the team crown…finished 97th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a time of 28:18.0…took 225th at Loyola Lakefront and clocked an 8K PR time of 26:47.5…finished 207th at the Bradley Classic with a time of 26:54.7.
Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Rampart High School in Colorado Springs...set prep-best marks of 4:20 (1,600m), 9:30 (3,200m) and 15:59 (5,000m)...finished seventh at the Colorado 5A State Championships in the 800m (1:57.17)...placed eighth at the state meet in the 3,200m...was the national champion in the 2,000m steeplechase at the USATF Junior Olympic National Championships and had the No. 14 steeplechase time in the country at 6:06.80.

Born Sept. 14, 2000...parents are Richard and Zaida...nutrition and health sciences major who earned his bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2022.
