Before Nebraska
Attended Norris High School…four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field…two-time NSAA Class B XC Individual State Champion (2022, 2023)...four-time NSAA Class B State Track and Field Champion (1600, 2023 and 2024; 3200, 2023 and 2024)...helped Norris to 2024 NSAA Class B Track and Field team title.

Parents are Tim Boonstra (Anne Boonstra) and Abbe Edgecombe (Mike Edgecombe)...has two sisters, Anna and Katie and one brother, Luke…majoring in business.
