Placed 126th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a run of 31:37.9…Finished 97th with a time of 26:08.1 at the Big Ten Championships…Had a season-best finish of 87th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a run of 26:13.3.
Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers after spending four seasons at Kansas...helped KU to a fourth-place finish at the Big 12 cross country championships in 2019...placed 26th individually at the Big 12 cross country championships in 2019...had an 11th-place finish in the 5,000m at the Big 12 indoor championships in 2020...named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team in 2019 for cross country.

Parents are Mike and Angie Ralston, has one sister and one brother, Emma and Cam...Emma is a member of the Nebraska women's cross country and track and field teams...majoring in mechanical engineering.
