Missed eight weeks after suffering facial injury vs. No. 16 Vanderbilt on opening weekend. • Made 12 appearances, including five starts on the mound for the Huskers. • Went 2-1 with a 5.82 ERA. • Totaled 20 strikeouts in 34 innings. •Limited opposing hitters to a .269 hitting clip. • Pitched at least two innings in 11 of 12 outings. • Struck out two-plus hitters in nine of 12 appearances. • Allowed one run on five hits with five strikeouts in career-high seven innings vs. Michigan. • Tossed 3.2 innings with a season-high six punchouts at Maryland. • Worked 3.1 innings vs. Penn State in Big Ten Tournament. • Recorded three-inning appearances against Minnesota and Michigan State. • Collected wins vs. Minnesota and Michigan.

Made 15 appearances on the mound in first season with the Huskers. • Went 2-0 with one save. • Compiled an 8.10 ERA and 18 strikeouts in 16.2 innings. • Had two outings of at least two innings, with 2.1 innings vs. South Alabama and a season-high 2.2 innings at Creighton. • Posted four outings with multiple strikeouts, including a season-high four punchouts vs. South Alabama. • Collected wins against Baylor and Charleston. • Tallied a save at Charleston.
Beatrice High School
Rated the No. 3 right-handed pitcher and No. 6 prospect out of Nebraska by Prep Baseball Report. • Earned first-team all-conference and Super-State accolades as a junior after earning second-team all-conference and all-state honorable mention recognition as a sophomore. • Helped Orangemen to state championships in basketball and baseball as a sophomore. • Posted a 0.69 ERA as a senior and finished his prep career as career record holder in ERA at Beatrice. • Hit .515 at the plate and recorded a 0.40 ERA while leading Beatrice to district tile in junior season. • Was a two-time all-state honorable mention selection on the gridiron in junior and senior seasons. • Posted 367 receiving yards and 73 tackles in senior campaign.
