Played in 56 games, making 52 starts for the Huskers. • Finished third on the team with a .307 batting average. • Totaled nine doubles, two triples and three home runs. • Drove in 31 runs and scored 34 times. • Second on team with a .416 on-base percentage. • Posted a .417 slugging percentage. • Recorded 16 multi-hit games, including three three-hit contests and a pair of four-hit performances. • Drove in two-plus RBI in 10 games. • Went 4-for-5 with a double, home run, three RBI and three runs scored at Kansas State. • Was 4-for-6 with a double and an RBI at Omaha. • Totaled three hits against Maryland, Michigan and Michigan State. • Drove in three runs vs. Maryland and Michigan. • Homered against Kansas State, Maryland and Michigan. • Belted walk-off three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth against Michigan in 5-2 win.

2024
Named to the All-Big Ten Third Team and the Big Ten’s All-Freshman Team. • Competed in 54 games, including 43 starts in first season with the Big Red. • Finished second on the team with a .338 batting average. • Totaled six doubles, a triple, three home runs, 26 RBI and 27 runs scored. • Posted a team-leading .469 on-base percentage. • Had an on-base streak of 20 games in the season, tying for the team-best in 2024. • Compiled 15 multi-hit performances, including five games with three hits. • Drove in multiple runs five times, including one three-RBI game and a four-RBI contest. • Tallied a season-high three hits against New Mexico State, Rutgers, Michigan State (twice) and Purdue. • Drove in a season-high four runs against Niagara in the Stillwater Regional. 

Nevada High School
Ranked the No. 2 first baseman and No. 23 overall prospect in the state of Missouri by Prep Baseball Report. • As a senior, led Tigers to a 21-7 overall record and appearance in the state quarterfinals while also helping the Tigers to a 9-3 record in football as a multi-sport letterwinner at Nevada High School. • Hit .516 with 18 extra-base hits, 23 RBI and 21 stolen bases at the plate and posted a 5-2 record with a 1.02 ERA and 72 strikeouts in 41.1 innings on the mound to earn all-conference and all-state honors, including Big 8 Player of the Year as a junior. • Earned first-team all-conference as an outfielder and a pitcher after helping the Tigers to a 19-7 overall record in his sophomore season. • Also played summer ball for Marucci Midwest, hitting .515 at the plate with 15 home runs and a .540 on-base percentage to help the team to a 44-21 overall record.

Parents are Doug and Michelle Sanderson. • Has two brothers, Cayden and Cole. • Brother, Cole, is an assistant coach working with the pitchers and outfielders at Northwood. • Majoring in nutrition science.
