2016: Taylor Fish ended his career as just the seventh baseball player in school history to collect five letter awards • Redshirted as a true freshman in 2012, but traveled as the team's third catcher all season and was awarded a letter • Played in 36 games, including 34 starts, in 2016 after serving as a reserve during his first four seasons • Hit .261 (30-for-115) with six doubles, one home run and 16 RBIs • Entered the season with one career double, no home runs and 23 RBIs • Started the season opener at College of Charleston and went 2-for-3 with a double and a RBI • Hit his first career home run against Loyola Marymount on March 11, a three-run homer • Went 3-for-5 at Indiana State on March 22 • Produced back-to-back multi-hit games at Michigan State.

2015: Fish made nine starts over 17 games played in 2015 • Hit .389 (14-for-36) with six RBIs and produced a .463 on-base percentage • Delivered a pair of three-hit performances in starts against Indiana State and Omaha • Matched a career high with two RBIs against both Omaha and Creighton • Produced a five-game hitting streak from April 15 to May 2 that tied a career high.

2014: Fish played in 24 games in 2014, including 18 starts • Hit .262 with 13 RBIs • Produced his first career three-hit game in a 13-3 series-opening win over Penn State on May 2 • Drove in a run for this third straight game with a two-out RBI single in the eighth inning at Michigan on April 26 that put NU up 3-1 • Started both games of a doubleheader against Northwestern on April 19 after Tanner Lubach was hurt in the series opener • Produced his first multi-hit game of 2014 and notched a pair of RBIs in a game for the first time in his career in a 14-7 win over St. John’s on March 9 at Hawks Field • Delivered a two-out walk-off single with a full-count and the bases loaded in a 7-6 win over St. John’s on March 8.

2013: Following a redshirt season in 2012, Fish was one of three catchers on the 2013 squad that had never played a game at Nebraska • Saw time in 16 games, including 11 starts • Was part of Husker history on April 16, when he caught a combined no-hitter against No. 10 Arkansas by pitchers Kyle Kubat, Tyler Niederklein and Dylan Vogt • Was the fourth combined no-hitter in school history and the first no-hitter since four Huskers no-hit Peru State on March 6, 1993 • Was the first no-hitter against a Division I program since April 5, 1981, when Anthony Kelley no-hit the Oklahoma Sooners in seven innings • Last nine-inning no hitter against a Division I team was on April 20, 1954, when Richard Geier threw a perfect game against the Kansas Jayhawks • Threw out four runners in eight attempts on the year • Hit .219 with one double and four RBIs in 32 at-bats • Made his Husker debut with a start at No. 22 Cal State Fullerton in the second game of a doubleheader on Feb. 16 • Notched his first career multi-hit game with a pair of singles against Oklahoma State on April 27 at the TD Ameritrade Classic • Had one of his best games of the season at Purdue on April 20 • Notched his first career extra-base hit with an RBI double, scored a pair of runs and stole his first career base in a 10-2 win over the Boilermakers • Picked up his first career hit on March 3 with a single in the bottom of the fifth against New Mexico • Added his first career RBI three days later in the second game of a doubleheader against Northern Colorado on March 6.

2012: Fish redshirted his first season at Nebraska, but did travel with the team for most of the season • Following an early-season injury to senior Sam Stucky, Fish served as the backup to senior Cory Burleson and junior Richard Stock.

Before Nebraska: Fish played American Legion baseball for the Kearney Runza program in Kearney, Neb. • Led Kearney to its first trip to the American Legion Regional Tournament since 1990 in 2010 after winning the Nebraska Class A American Division • Helped Kearney win back-to-back junior state titles in 2008 and 2009 • Posted a .477 batting average with 15 doubles, two triples, three homers and 58 RBIs in 2011 • Was a two-time all-state selection at quarterback for Kearney High School.
