2020: Paul Tillotson made five relief appearances before the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic • Earned a team-high two saves and compiled a 2.57 ERA in 7.0 innings • Tallied eight strikeouts and allowed one walk and only four hits during the season • After a scoreless 1.0-inning performance in his first outing of the season, he tossed 3.0 innings at Arizona State on March 1, his longest appearance since May 12, 2018 • Didn’t allow a run across his final three outings, earning two saves during that span with six strikeouts and no walks across 3.0 innings.

2019: Tillotson made nine relief appearances spanning 9.2 innings and posted a 15.83 ERA with seven strikeouts • Recorded two strikeouts against Baylor (March 10) and Arizona State (May 10) • Went 0.2 scoreless inning against Michigan State on March 24 • Threw 1.0 scoreless inning against Arizona State on May 10 • Six of his nine outings lasted at least 1.0 inning.

2018: Tillotson was a key reliever for Nebraska’s bullpen, making 16 appearances, which ranked fourth on the team • Went 1-2 with a 4.94 ERA and one save • Recorded 18 strikeouts in 27.1 innings pitched • Went a career-high 4.0 innings out of the bullpen against Indiana on May 12 and recorded two strikeouts, while allowing one run • Pitched 2.2 scoreless innings of relief at Rutgers on April 22 • Recorded a pair of strikeouts in 1.0 scoreless inning of relief in the second game of a doubleheader against Iowa on April 13 • Tossed 2.0 scoreless innings with one strikeout and one hit against Minnesota on March 24 • Struck out all three batters he faced in 1.0 inning of relief against Northwestern State on March 18 • Helped Nebraska shut out Cal Poly on March 9 when he threw 2.0 innings out of the bullpen and allowed only two hits and struck out one Mustang to earn his first career save • Earned the win against Utah on Feb. 23 with 3.0 scoreless innings of relief • Tossed 2.0 no-hit shutout innings out of the bullpen against Washington State on Feb. 17.

2017: Tillotson made two appearances on the mound, including one start, before receiving a medical hardship • Started the second game of Nebraska’s opening day doubleheader against UC Riverside on Feb. 17, striking out two in 3.1 innings • Made a relief appearance of 2.0 innings against Arkansas on March 4.

Before Nebraska: The Colorado Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year and MaxPreps Colorado Player of the Year in 2016, Tillotson joined the Huskers out of Lewis-Palmer High School, where he played for Brett Lester and Tom McCabe • Native of Monument, Colo., who went 8-1 with a 1.02 ERA as a senior • Struck out 86 and walked 17 in 55.0 innings • Finished his prep career with a 22-3 record, a 1.47 ERA and 302 strikeouts • Also hit .539 with 14 home runs and 95 RBIs • Helped the Rangers to a Class 4A runner-up finish at the 2015 state tournament • Ranked by Perfect Game as the No. 237 overall prep player in the country and the No. 79 right-handed pitcher • Tabbed as the No. 3 overall player in the state of Colorado and the top right-handed pitcher • Earned honorable-mention Rawlings-Perfect Game All-America honors • Was a four-time letterwinner in baseball and two-time letterwinner in football.
