2005: Jeremy Becker appeared in 10 games during his senior season, finishing with a 1-0 and a 2.57 ERA • Struck out five batters in seven innings of work, holding opposing batters to a .286 average • Pitched a scoreless inning of relief on March 13 in a 17-4 win over SDSU, striking out two • Picked up the win against Northern Iowa on April 20, pitching an inning of scoreless relief with one strikeout.

2004: Becker was one of the workhorses out of the Husker bullpen, going 0-1 with a 5.06 ERA in 22 contests • Second on the team in appearances, and fanned 19 in 16 innings • Tied for the team lead with four holds, and allowed just five of 26 inherited runners to score • Used primarily in short relief, as his longest outing was a 1.2 inning scoreless stint against Texas Tech on April 11 • Allowed one run in his first 13 outings, including a stretch of 10 straight scoreless appearances from March 17 to April 16 • Came out of the bullpen to strike out the only two hitters he faced vs. Kansas State, helping preserve NU’s fourth straight shutout • Appeared in five consecutive games, including a crucial outing against No. 10 Wichita State, where he retired Logan Sorensen with the bases loaded to help NU cling to a one-run lead • Allowed a season-high three runs at Missouri on April 17, including his first inherited runner since April 20, 2003 • Suffered lone loss in the series finale against Texas A&M, when he allowed a ninth-inning three-run homer in a 7-6 loss to the No. 10 Aggies • Made one appearance in the Big 12 Tournament, allowing one run on two hits in a loss to Oklahoma State on May 28.

2003: Was a solid performer in the Huskers’ run to a Big 12 title, going 0-1 in 15 games, as he struck out 10 in 14.1 innings • Topped the squad with four holds and allowed only four of 17 inherited runners to score, including one in his last 14 outings • Used extensively in short relief, but went two or more innings three times, including a career-long 2.1 innings at Texas Tech (4/25) • Did not pick up a decision in seven league games, allowing just one extra-base hit in eight innings • Enjoyed a stretch of nearly two months without allowing a run, spanning five appearances • Matched his career high with three strikeouts in two shutout innings against Western Illinois (4/2) • Closed the regular season on a high note, not allowing a run in his final four appearances, highlighted by two innings of one-hit relief vs. Oklahoma State on May 12 • Made three postseason appearances, allowing four runs on three hits in 2.1 innings • Fanned both batters he faced in NU’s elimination loss to Baylor in the Big 12 Tournament.

2002: Was one of the unsung heroes in NU’s run to the CWS, going 2-2 with three saves and a 5.94 ERA in 19 games • Tied for the team lead in saves and was third in appearances • Saw action in 19 of the Huskers’ final 50 contests, after he did not make his debut until the 19th game of the year. • Went 0-1 in seven Big 12 games, but recorded three saves against Big 12 foes, a total that placed him fourth in the league • Appeared in six straight games during one 10-day stretch, recording saves against Missouri (4/13) and Oklahoma State (4/19) • Turned in his best outing of the year against Creighton (4/16), fanning three in 1.2 shutout innings for his first career win • Tossed 1.2 shutout innings against Kansas (4/28) for his third save • Earned his other win against Cal Poly, hurling a scoreless ninth, as NU came back for a 4-3 win over the Mustangs (5/10) • Pitched in both of the Huskers’ CWS games, and took the loss against South Carolina in the season finale.

2001: A recruited walk-on, Becker redshirted in 2001.

Scottsbluff High School: Was a two-way standout playing American Legion Baseball for Mark Moran • Went 9-3 with a 3.75 ERA on the mound, fanning 128 in 81.2 innings • Also hit .435 with five homers, 49 RBIs and 60 runs scored • Earned five varsity letters at Scottsbluff, including three in football, where he was an honorable-mention all-state selection • Named Scottsbluff Athlete of the Year in 2000 • Carried a 4.0 GPA throughout high school and was the valedictorian of his graduating class • Earned first-team academic all-state honors.

Personal: Born on April 19, 1981, in Scottsbluff, Neb. • Parents are Kelly Becker and Barb Becker • Has one sister (Amanda) • Majors in agricultural engineering.
