Named a preseason fourth-team All-American by NCBWA. • Made 18 appearances on the mound, starting in 10 games for the Huskers. • Went 6-2 with a 5.86 ERA and two saves. • Totaled 65 strikeouts in 63 innings. • Limited opposing hitters to a .241 batting average. • Had seven outings with at least five innings pitched. • Struck out a season-high 10 batters in six innings against Omaha. • Also fanned eight batters against North Dakota State. • Pitched season-high seven innings against Penn State. • Recorded wins against Omaha, North Dakota State, Wichita State, Indiana, Penn State and Creighton. • Picked up saves against Michigan State and Maine.

Miami (OH)
Played one season with the RedHawks, earning Third-Team All-American honors and First-Team All-East Region recognition. • Tabbed MAC Pitcher of the Year and named to the MAC All-Tournament Team and First-Team All-MAC. • Made 16 appearances on the mound, starting in 10 games for the RedHawks. • Went 11-2 with a 3.08 ERA and three complete games. • Tied for fourth-most in wins across DI pitchers. • Totaled 70 strikeouts in 84.2 innings. • Limited opposing hitters to a .196 hitting clip. • Had four outings of at least seven strikeouts, including a season-high nine punchouts at Samford. • Struck out five and allowed one run across five hits and a walk in nine innings at Central Michigan. • Allowed one run on five hits and two walks with six punchouts in nine innings vs. Kent State.

Indiana
Spent two seasons with the Hoosiers. • Totaled 13 appearances on the mound, recording 18 strikeouts and an 8.22 ERA in 15.1 innings pitched across two seasons. • As a freshman, went 1-1 in 10 relief outings with 12 strikeouts and a 7.50 ERA in 12 innings. • Saw limited action with three relief appearances before medically redshirting in sophomore season.

Cherry Creek High School/Omaha Burke High School
Two-year letterwinner in baseball at Cherry Creek High School. • Spent the fall of his senior season playing football at Omaha Burke High School. • Tabbed the No. 27 overall prospect and No. 9 right-handed pitcher in the state of Colorado by Perfect Game. • Three-time honorable-mention All-West Region honoree by Perfect Game. • Earned all-state honorable-mention and first-team all-conference honors as a senior. • Led CHSAA Class 5A in regular-season strikeouts as a senior. 

Personal
Parents are Scott and Kendall Katskee. • Has one sister, Coco. • Father, Scott, lettered in football at Colorado State in 1987-89. • Majoring in psychology.
