Played in 58 games, making 49 starts in final season with the Huskers. • Hit .251 at the plate with 11 doubles, five home runs, 41 RBI and 40 runs scored. • Had eight stolen bases in 12 attempts. • Belted Nebraska’s first walk-off home run since 2016 with a walk-off three-run homer in the 10th inning against Indiana. • Recorded 10 multi-hit games, including a three-hit game and a four-hit contest. • Finished second on the team with 10 multi-RBI contests, including a pair of three-RBI games and a five-RBI contest. • Totaled a season-high four hits in a 4-for-5 effort with a double and an RBI at Wichita State. • Highlighted by a grand slam, drove in a season-high five runs at Kansas.

Competed in 47 games, making 41 starts in his first season with the Huskers. • Hit. 305 at the plate with nine doubles and four home runs. • Totaled 27 RBI and 34 runs scored. • Posted a .415 on-base percentage and .454 slugging percentage. • Compiled 11 multi-hit games and five multi-RBI performances. • Tabbed Big Ten’s Player of the Week after going 9-for-11 with three doubles, two home runs, seven RBI and four runs in three games against Northern Colorado and Illinois State. • Had four three-hit games and a four-hit performance. • Drove in three runs three times and posted four RBI once. • Went 4-for-4 with a pair of doubles, four RBI and two runs scored vs. Illinois State. • Homered twice in a 3-for-4 performance with a double and three RBI against Northern Colorado.
Parkland College
Evans arrived in Lincoln after playing two seasons at Parkland College and spending a shortened 2020 season at Creighton. • Hit .376 with 28 doubles, five triples, 19 home runs, 94 RBI and 95 runs in 90 games with the Cobras. • Two-time NJCAA Region 24 All-Region Team and MWAC All-Conference first team selection. • Slashed .388/.500/.600 with 57 hits, 48 runs and 40 RBI as a sophomore, while tallying 15 doubles, two triples and seven home runs. • Named to the NJCAA DII All-America Third Team in 2021. • Hit .365 with 13 doubles, three triples, 12 home runs, 54 RBI and 47 runs in first season at Parkland College.

Appeared in 12 games, making one start in a shortened season due to COVID-19 in 2020 at Creighton.
