• Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll (Fall 2020) 

Before Nebraska: Caleb Bennett joins the Huskers from Perris, Calif., where he played high school baseball under Coach George Wise • Ranked as the No. 27 pitcher in California by Prep Baseball Report, Bennett was also named a 2019 Underclass All-American by Perfect Game • Compiled a 3.71 ERA and recorded 78 strikeouts in 54.2 innings pitched on his way to All-Big VIII honors in 2019 • Earned one letter in football and was a four-time gold honor roll member.
