2022: Frank made 14 appearances for the Huskers, making seven starts on the mound. • Went 5-0 with a 3.81 ERA. • Totaled 70 strikeouts in 59 innings. • Limited opposing hitters to a .241 batting average. • Had five starts with at least five innings. • Notched seven outings with at least six strikeouts, including a season-high 10 strikeouts against Northwestern State. • Posted wins against Northwestern State, Michigan, Indiana, Minnesota and Michigan State. • Member of Nebraska’s combined one-hitter against BYU, which was the first for the Huskers since March 9, 2019. • Against BYU, Frank pitched allowed one hit in 6.2 shutout innings with seven strikeouts. • Recorded nine strikeouts in 5.1 innings against Indiana and five innings vs. Michigan.

2021: Koty Frank made 13 relief appearances on the mound in first season with the Big Red. • Had a 3-1 record with one save in 27.1 innings. • Notched 21 strikeouts with a 4.94 ERA and .202 opponents’ batting average. • Garnered wins at Illinois, at Indiana and vs. Northeastern. • Made three consecutive relief appearances without allowing a run. • Pitched a season-high 3.2 innings at Illinois and vs. Northeastern. • Recorded season-high three strikeouts in four games. • Appeared in two games in relief at the Fayetteville Regional. • Posted win while pitching 3.2 innings of relief in opening game of Fayetteville Regional against Northeastern.

Before Nebraska: Frank joins the Huskers from Eastern Oklahoma State College, where he played for two seasons under Coach Matt Parker • Despite his sophomore season being cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Frank left EOSC in the top five in program history in career ERA (3.33) and strikeouts (127) • Compiled an 11-6 record over 110.2 innings during his career with seven complete games in 19 starts • In 2020, Frank went 5-0 in five starts with a 2.68 ERA and two complete games. He held opponents to a .175 batting average and recorded a 6-to-1 strikeout to walk ratio (48-to-8) • As a freshman starter in 2019, he led the staff with the lowest ERA (3.62), most strikeouts (79), and had the lowest opponent batting average among the starters (.240) • Earned first-team All-Region honors during his freshman season • Played high school baseball at Tushka under Coach Dax Simon • Helped the team to a state title in 2016 and runner-up honors in 2017 and 2018 • An all-state performer, he went 21-2 as a senior • The first start of his senior season was a 17-strikeout shutout in 6.0 innings • An honor roll student, Frank was also a member of National Honor Society • Played summer ball for the Amarillo Sod Dogs under Coach Jim Johnson in 2020.
