Indoor: Finished 18th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 5,000m with a season-best time of 16:54.09 and was a member of the distance medley relay team that finished 13th...recorded a season-best time of 4:54.89 in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, finishing in fourth place...ran a season-best time in the 3000m at the Iowa State Classic, finishing with a time of 9:55.32.
Outdoor: Finished 20th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, finishing with a time of 10:59.12...won the 3000m steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:39.87 at the John McDonnell Invitational, which ranks ninth in school history.

Attended Kearney High School in Nebraska...garnered pair of fourth-place finishes at the state cross country championships in 2018 and 2020...clocked personal-best time of 18:33 in the 5K...three-time state qualifier in track...collected two runner-up finishes in the 1,600m in 2019 and 2021...finished third in the 3,200m in 2021 and sixth in the 800m in 2018...placed seventh at KU Relays in 3,200m...had personal-best times in the 800m (2:21), 1,600m (5:02) and 3,200m (11:02).
