2023: Made 11 appearances, including one start on the mound for the Huskers. • Went 1-1 with a 3.24 ERA. • Totaled 18 strikeouts in 16.2 innings. • Limited opposing hitters to a .190 batting average. • Pitched a season-high four innings and tallied a season-high eight strikeouts in win at Omaha. • Threw a pair of two-inning outings against North Dakota State and Purdue. • Struck out three hitters vs. North Dakota State and recorded two strikeouts in a relief outing against Hawaii. 

2022: Made five appearances, including a pair of starts on the mound. • Went 0-1 with an 8.44 ERA. • Totaled five strikeouts in 5.1 innings. • Pitched a season-high two innings in start at Omaha. • Posted season-high two strikeouts in one inning against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and 1.2 innings vs. Rutgers. • Pitched 0.2 innings vs. New Mexico State and made an appearance at Sam Houston.

Before Nebraska: Considered the top high school prospect in Nebraska and one of nation’s top high school seniors, as he was ranked No. 44 nationally by Perfect Game. • Was selected to play in the 2020 Perfect Game All-American Classic in Oklahoma City. Three-sport letterwinner in football, basketball and baseball at Elkhorn High School. • Earned first-team all-state and first-team super state distinction in football, while named first-team all-state in basketball and baseball. • Helped team win state title in football as a senior and was state runner-up in basketball in senior season. • Named the Gatorade Player of the Year in baseball in 2021, while also tabbed the Male Athlete of the Year in the state.
