Indoor: Placed 18th in the 5000m (17:04.90) at the Big Ten Championships…ran a personal-best mile time of 5:02.90 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational to place 13th…added top-five finishes in the 3000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial and the mile at the Graduate Classic.
2023
Indoor: Competed at in the 3000m (9.56.43) and 5000m (17.17.35) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, setting a season-best time in the 5000m, finishing 36th and 28th respectively...finished eighth in the 3000m at the Tyson Invitational, setting a season-best time of 9.54.86...ran to a mile time of 5.08.24, placing 13th at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best 10:18.86 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Championships, finishing eighth…placed third in the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a season-best 4:35.14…won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Jim Click Shootout in 10:38.80.
2022
Indoor: Recorded a fourth place finish and season-best time of 10:19.81 in the 3,000m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational... Earned a tenth place finish and season-best time of 5:08.64 in the mile at the Nebraska Mark Colligan Memorial... Finished a season-best third place in the 3,000m (10:24.95) at the Nebraska Graduate Classic.
Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 10:41.23, the time also ranks tenth best in school history... Recorded an eighth place finish and personal-best time of 4:38.88 in the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invitational... Earned two top-5 finishes in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing second at the John McDonnell Invitational (10:46.72) and fourth at the ASU Invitational (10:57.08).
2021
Indoor: Finished fourth in the 3,000m with a run of 10:27.64 at the Husker Quad…Covered the track in 18:20.23 to place 10th in the 5,000m at the Husker Triangular.
Outdoor: Placed a season-best seventh in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:23.18 at the Billy Hayes Invite…Clocked an 11:28.08 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays…Finished 19th in the 5,000m with a run of 18:20.10 at the Indiana Big Ten Invite #2.
2020
Indoor: Redshirted...did not compete in any meets.
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.
Before Nebraska
Attended Fort Calhoun High School in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska…won the 5K in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and placed fifth in 2018 at the Nebraska Class C State Championship for cross country...ran a 5K prep best of 18:54.6…won the 3,200m at the Nebraska Class B Championships during 2019 and was eighth in 2018 and fifth in both 2017 and 2016…also finished fourth in the 1,600m in 2019, eighth in 2017 and seventh in 2016 at the Nebraska Class B State Championships…had prep bests of 5:24.19 in the 1,600m and 11:44.15 in the 3,200m.

Born Sept. 18, 2000...parents are Tom and Cynthia...psychology major who earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2023...currently studying law at Nebraska.
