2019 (Sophomore)
Began the season at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational and won the 8K title with a time of 24:12.2, becoming the first Husker to win a race at the Greeno/Dirksen since 2010...finished fifth at the Under Armour Pre-Nationals with an 8K personal-best time of 23:31.6...finished as the runner-up at the Big Ten Championships in a time of 23:57.8, garnering him first-team All-Big Ten accolades for the second consecutive season and giving him the best individual result ever at the Big Ten Championships by a Nebraska male runner...automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships with a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 31:01.9 to earn All-Region honors...finished 165th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 32:31.1 - the first Husker on the men's side to represent Nebraska at the NCAA Championships back-to-back years since 2001-2002.
2018 (Freshman)
Opened his collegiate career with a third-place finish at the Augustana Twilight and ran a time of 21:26.9, helping the Huskers take home the team crown…finished fifth at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a time of 24:41.4…placed fourth at Loyola Lakefront, running a time of 23:58.0…finished 24th at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:15.3…earned first-team All-Big Ten accolades at the Big Ten Championships, finishing third and running an 8K season-best time of 23:39.0...the third-place conference finish was the best showing ever by a Husker at the Big Ten Championships and the best finish by a Nebraska male runner at a conference championship since 1997...punched his ticket to the NCAA Championships with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 31:02.8...became the first Husker to qualify for the NCAA Championships since 2010 and garnered All-Region honors…finished 55th at the NCAA Championships with a 10K personal-best time of 30:12.0-the best finish by a Husker at the National Championships since 2008 and the best finish by a Nebraska male runner since 1997...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors and was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Year.
Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Malelane, South Africa...attended Afrikaans Hoër Seunskool...competed in the 800m at the World Junior Championships in Poland in 2016 and ran 1:47.53 in the semifinal...finished fourth at the South African National Championships in 1:47.45, a personal best...set the fastest 1,000m time ever run by a junior South African, 2:19.08...was the South African junior champion in the 800m and the 1,500m in 2017...was the champion of the 800m at the 2017 Brussels Grand Prix, featuring some of the top middle distance runners around the world....attended University of Pretoria in 2017 and set a personal best of 3:41.18 in the 1,500m...also set PRs of 1:17.86 in the 600m and 3:58.96 in the mile.

Born Aug. 6, 1998...parents are Alf and Susan...earned his bachelor's degree as an actuarial science major at Nebraska in May of 2021.
