Justin Evans, Andrew Marshall and Luke Lindenmeyer will represent the Husker football program at Big Ten Media Days next month. The trio will join Head Coach Matt Rhule in Chicago on July 30, as Nebraska will be one of six schools on the final day of the three-day event at the Chicago Hilton.
Evans is one of the team leaders, as the East Orange, N.J., native has 31 career starts at Nebraska and has 38 career appearances as a Husker. He leads an experienced Husker offensive line that returns a pair of starters in 2026. Last season, he started all 13 games at center, paving the way for Emmett Johnson to earn first-team All-America honors. He started all 12 games at guard in 2024 and played in all 13 games, including five starts, as a redshirt freshman.
Lindenmeyer is in his fifth season in the Husker program and comes off a breakthrough campaign as a junior. The tight end from La Vista, Neb., started all 13 games in 2025 and had 29 receptions for 312 yards and two scores en route to honorable-mention All-Big Ten honors. He had a career-high seven catches against Michigan. Lindenmeyer played in 13 games in 2024, including five starts, and had five catches for 50 yards while being one of NU’s best perimeter blockers.
Marshall made a significant impact in his first season at Nebraska after spending his first two years at Idaho. The Eastvale, Calif., native started all 13 games at cornerback, totaling 45 tackles, 4.0 TFLs, one interception and four pass breakups to earn honorable-mention All-Big ten accolades. He was a key performer in a Husker defense which ranked third nationally in pass defense in 2025. Marshall had five or more tackles on four occasions, including two in Big Ten play. He has made 27 career starts at the college level, including his two seasons at Idaho.
Big Ten Network will provide live coverage of all three days with more details being announced closer to the event.
