Former Nebraska soccer player Reagan Raabe signed with NWSL team Orlando Pride on Thursday afternoon.
Raabe signed a short-term contract with the Pride that goes through June 30, 2026, the organization announced yesterday.
Raabe spent the preseason with the pride as a non-rostered invitee after ending her collegiate career in 2025.
“Reagan came into preseason as a non‑rostered invitee and immediately showed the athleticism, versatility and mentality we value at this Club,” Orlando Pride VP of Soccer Operations & General Manager Caitlin Carducci said. “She earned her place every single day, and her journey reflects exactly what it means to wear this badge. We’re excited to reward her work with a short‑term contract and to continue supporting her growth at the Pride.”
In her career with the Huskers, the forward played and started in 61 games. She totaled 14 goals and 14 assists for a total of 42 points in her career. Last season, she started all 18 games for NU and scored four goals and had six assists.
Raabe was injured in 2023 and 2024 but was a two-time Third-Team All-Big Ten member in 2021 and 2022. She was on the United Soccer Coaches Women’s D1 All-North Region fourth team last season. Raabe was also on the Academic All-Big Ten team all five seasons of her career.
Raabe joins former Husker Haley (Hanson) McCutcheon (2014-17) on the Orlando Pride roster.
