The Nebraska wrestling team will hold an open practice free to the public on Saturday, Sept. 6 at 2:30 p.m. (CT) at the Hendricks Training Complex. The practice will take place prior to the Nebraska football home opener against Akron, which is set to kick off at 6:30 p.m. (CT).
The Huskers, who took second at the 2025 NCAA Championships, return individual national champion Antrell Taylor (157) and NCAA runner-up and Big Ten champion Brock Hardy (141) along with four other All-Americans from last year's roster, including Christopher Minto (4th, 167), Silas Allred (7th, 184), Jacob Van Dee (7th, 133) and Camden McDanel (8th, 197).
NU also added a two-time All-American and 2021 NCAA Champion AJ Ferrari (197) to a formidable roster. The Huskers are scheduled to open their season at the Navy Classic (Nov. 2).
