Sixteen members of the Nebraska women’s gymnastics team were selected as WGCA Scholastic All-Americans on Monday.
Emma Spence, Lucy Stanhope and Halle Rourke were honored for the fourth time, while Genesis Gibson, Katelyn Barth, Emalee Frost, Lauren Homecillo and Allie Gard received the award for the third time. Reese Baechle, Isabel Sikon, Olivia Burns, Whitney Jencks and Emma Simpton claimed the achievement for the second time and Ayzhia Hall, Lauren Hollifield and Molly Peterson were all first-time honorees.
In order to be named a WCGA Scholastic All-American, athletes must maintain a grade-point average of 3.5 or above.
Spence and Stanhope, who were also 2025 Big Ten Distinguished Scholars, both maintained a perfect 4.0 grade-point average.
