Rhode, Johannessen Grab Academic All-Big Ten Honors

Nebraska rifle juniors Emma Rhode and Camilla Johannessen were named to the Academic All-Big Ten team on Wednesday. 

Both Rhode and Johannessen earned the honors for the second time in their career, as both grabbed the same award in 2024. In total, 33 members of the Nebraska rifle team have earned Academic All-Big Ten honors since Nebraska joined the conference in 2012.

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be on a varsity team (as verified by being on the official squad list as of March 1 for winter sports), have been enrolled full time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
