Nebraska diver Abby Baxter earned a bronze medal among a trio of top-six finishes while competing at the 2025 Pan Am Aquatics Championships in Medellin, Colombia, May 13-17.
Baxter, a Husker junior-to-be from Coppell, Texas, captured a bronze medal in the open mixed diving competition alongside teammates Joshua Thai and Mary Kate Cavanaugh, as the trio finished with a total score of 319.40.
Baxter added a strong fifth-place finish in the one-meter springboard competition with a score of 208.60, and rounded out the championships with a sixth-place individual finish on the three-meter springboard with a 227.70.
An NCAA qualifier for the Huskers as a sophomore in 2025, Baxter finished 20th on the three-meter board in her first appearance at the NCAA Championships.
Nebraska Diving Coach Landon Marzullo served as one of the coaches for the U.S. team at the Pan Am Aquatics Championships.
