Head Coach Scott Frost and Nebraska football players met with members of the media Monday to preview this Saturday's Big Ten clash with No. 6 Ohio State in Lincoln. The Huskers and Buckeyes meet at Memorial Stadium for an 11 a.m. (CT) kick-off, with live television coverage from FOX. The game can also be heard across the Huskers Radio Network.
Nebraska enters the weekend at 3-6 on the season and 1-5 in the Big Ten Conference after a 28-23 loss to Purdue on Saturday. All six of Nebraska's losses have come by a single score, including three to top-20 opponents.
Ohio State carries a 7-1 overall recording including a 5-0 Big Ten mark to Lincoln. OSU's lone loss this season came with a 35-28 setback at current-No. 7 Oregon (Sept. 11). The Buckeyes responded with five consecutive wins by 21 or more points, before defeating No. 20 Penn State, 33-24, in Columbus on Saturday. Over the last six games, Ohio State has outscored the opposition 305-88.
