Opening Statement 
"Got to give Nebraska a lot of credit. They’re a good football team, really well-coached. We had a lot of challenges on our football team this week. I do want to start by just thanking our medical team. We haven’t played in 22 days, everyone. I don’t think people truly realize how hard it is and the right timing, and the schedule, and the natural progression of what has to take place. You’ve all asked the questions about what it’s like and I can just rattle it off because I know what it’s like. The process sounds easy especially when you have multiple games canceled and this one being close. 22-day progression, you got to give them all the credit in the world. I’m really proud of them and our medical staff for making sure that we have a safe environment. It’s a very difficult thing to do in 2020 right now with the ghost in the room so I just wanted to say thanks to them and everything that they do." 

On the passing game and the final drive
“I mean we want to be as balanced as we can I think we had around 400 yards of offense today, that’s kind of us. You might not see the 550-600 yards passing, you might not see the 500 yards rushing. We want to be as balanced as we can be. You guys have asked me very well put together and well thought out questions about final drives and not being able to finish on offense and you’re 100% right, that’s 100% on me. Again, moving parts you are finding out what your team can and cannot do and you have new players coming in and showing you what they can do as it happens in real-life time. We wanted to mix it up a little more. What I thought we did really well was mixing the first and second down throws up. From drop back to nakeds to the RPO game and there was a better mixture of that this game. This is a very difficult place to win.”
