15 Huskers Named Academic All-Big Ten

15 members of the Nebraska women's soccer team earned Fall Academic All-Big Ten honors on Thursday for their work in the classroom.

Junior Hannah Young led the way, as the Enola, Pa., native was one of 60 student-athletes across the conference to post a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall semester. Young was also honored in 2019 and was a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar selection in the spring of 2020.

Four Huskers were awarded for the third time in their career, including seniors Grace Brown and Theresa Pujado as well as juniors Natalie Cooke and Allison Ulness.

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be on a varsity team (as verified by being on the official squad list as of Nov. 1 for fall sports), have been enrolled full time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
