Eight student-athletes on the Nebraska volleyball team received Academic All-Big Ten honors on Wednesday, the conference office announced.
Juniors Hayley Densberger (psychology), Jazz Sweet (management) and Anezka Szabo (business administration) received the second Academic All-Big Ten accolades of their careers.
Sophomores Chen Abramovich (business administration), Nicklin Hames (business administration), Megan Miller (nutrition & health sciences), Callie Schwarzenbach (nutrition & health sciences) and junior Lexi Sun (communication studies) made the list of honorees for the first time.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners who are in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
