Norman-Okla.—The Nebraska women's tennis team wrapped up play on Saturday at the ITA Central Regionals. Six Huskers competed at the University of Oklahoma Oct.17-19 in singles and doubles.
Saturday's matches kicked off with the doubles main draw of 32 teams. Claire Reifeis and Chloe Kuckelman fell to Kansas 8-4. Hayley Haakenstad and Jessica Aragon lost to the duo from Arkansas, 8-2.
In the singles main draw round of 32, Claire Reifeis lost to Lisa-Marie Rioux of Oklahoma State. Reifeis earned her spot in Saturday's match after a first-round bye, followed by a win over Martina Oliveira of Missouri, 6-4, 6-1.
