Claire Reifeis, a junior majoring in actuarial science, has been a mainstay in the Huskers lineup the past two years. The Indianapolis, Ind. native enters her third season on the team with big aspirations after winning 17 singles and 12 doubles matches last spring. She's a three-time honor roll student, 2018 Academic All-Big Ten team member and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.
Reifeis took the time to tell us a little bit more about what she does off the tennis court.

What you would do with a time machine: Honestly, I don’t really know… I feel like this is a really loaded question? I’d probably go back in time to spend more time with my family.

The best thing about Nebraska: The people of Nebraska and the University of Nebraska are amazing. There’s something special about this place and I’m so lucky to be able to compete for UNL!
Favorite Part About Living in Lincoln: I love being able to go to all the sporting events here. All the sports here are so much fun to watch and I love the atmosphere.
What you want to do after college: I want to be an actuary.
Most Rewarding Community Service Experience: Visiting a resident at a nursing home once a week.
